RETURN POLICY
At Tuscan Leveling Inc., we take pride in the quality and performance of our tile leveling systems. Every product is manufactured to high standards, and we want you to feel fully confident in your purchase. If your order arrives in anything less than perfect condition, or if there is an issue with the product itself, our team is here to support you and ensure a smooth resolution.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify for a refund:
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
• All components must be included
• A valid order number is required
Because tile leveling products interact directly with installation surfaces and materials, we cannot accept opened, used, or partially used items unless they are defective.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email sales@tuscanleveling.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the problem
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever option works best for you.
HOW TO START A RETURN
If you are returning an unused, unopened item:
• Use the return label included in your shipment.
• Place the product back in its original packaging.
• Affix the provided return label and drop the package off with the indicated carrier.

If you did not receive a return label or cannot locate it, please email sales@tuscanleveling.com and we will provide a new one.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items.
• If the return is due to an error on our end (incorrect item sent, defective product, etc.), Tuscan Leveling Inc. will cover all shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
EXCHANGES
If you ordered the wrong strap size, thickness option, or SeamClip SKU, we are happy to assist with an exchange — provided the items remain unused and unopened.
