At Tuscan Leveling Inc., we take pride in getting your products to you quickly, safely, and with care. Every order ships directly from our U.S. facility, and as a family-owned brand, we do our best to keep the experience smooth from our door to yours. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order heads out.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
Weekend and holiday orders will begin processing the next business day.
During peak sales or product launches, processing may take a little longer - but we work hard to keep delays minimal.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship using UPS and FedEx for reliable and fast delivery.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Total order weight
• Carrier rates
Multiple-Box Shipments
Some of our systems ship in more than one box due to size and weight.
When this happens:
• Each box will have its own tracking number
• Boxes may arrive at slightly different times
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you'll receive all associated tracking numbers in one email.
Domestic & International Shipping
We proudly ship throughout the United States and to many international destinations.
Delivery times and rates vary depending on the carrier, the destination country, and the weight of the items ordered. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees required by their region.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you spot an error after placing your order, contact us right away at sales@tuscanleveling.com. We'll do everything we can to update it before your package ships. Delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages are the responsibility of the customer, but we'll always assist however we can.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If something doesn't arrive as expected, or arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos, if applicable
We'll work with the carrier on your behalf and make sure you receive a quick resolution or replacement. We truly want you to have a great experience with our tools.

Due to the nature of tile leveling tools, used items may not be eligible for return, but unopened and unused products can typically be returned within the allowed timeframe.
